Data processing and clinic agreements

Netlify, Supabase, AssemblyAI and OpenAI provide hosting, storage, transcription and drafting services. Other suppliers support billing and service emails; see the Privacy Policy for feature-specific details.

A clinic data-processing agreement template and retention schedule have been prepared and owner-approved. Clinic-specific party details, processing scope, supplier/transfer schedules and agreement still require verification. An approved template is not an executed agreement for every clinic.

Ask for the current processing documents and approval history before adoption. Historical draft files should not be distributed alone as current consolidated agreements.

Assurance work still outstanding

  • Supplier coverage and clinic-specific international-transfer arrangements need final verification.
  • A full hosted-backup restoration has not been demonstrated; individual recovery tests are not equivalent.
  • End-to-end disposal and its audit record still need operational verification. Retention review dates do not mean automatic deletion.
  • Independent clinical validation and a complete accessibility audit are not established by software tests.

Safe adoption and reporting

Evaluating ComfortNotes provides a practical clinic checklist. Epic sandbox testing is not a live hospital integration or permission to access its records.

There is no monitored public service-status dashboard on this page. For a service problem, security concern or processing-document request, contact info@comforts-hearing.co.uk. Do not include patient records or credentials in the initial message.
