Accessibility status
We aim to make ComfortNotes understandable and usable with different devices and access needs. The interface includes labelled controls, keyboard focus indicators and responsive layouts. Limited browser/layout checks are not a full accessibility assessment.
We have not completed an independent WCAG conformance audit and do not claim full conformance. Screen-reader journeys, zoom/reflow, recording controls and exported documents need broader assessment. Some clinical tables and documents may require horizontal navigation on small screens.
Get help or report a barrier
Contact info@comforts-hearing.co.uk with the page, task, browser, device and assistive technology involved. Do not include patient information. Tell us if you need information in an alternative format; we will discuss what can be provided. No unverified response-time commitment is made.
Our improvement priorities are keyboard-only clinical workflows, focus and error announcements, zoom/reflow and document accessibility. This statement will be revised as checks are completed.
