Help & Guides
For clinicians, clinics and the people they support.

Start with your workspace
Your clinic administrator assigns your available profession workspaces. The shared process is capture, clinical review, then appointment pack. Templates and available documents vary by profession.
Record and review
Type your observations, dictate a summary, or use Live dictation to see words appear as you speak. Current recording is intended for one clinician; live text is not speaker identification or a validated ambient consultation mode.
Follow the recording and processing checks. All recording methods share the 30-minute allowance per consultation. Check the transcript before preparing your clinical record.
Review the generated clinical record against your source. Correct known details, resolve or explain flagged gaps, then approve and save. Manual corrections do not consume an AI revision. Each document has its initial draft and two AI revisions.
Finish your appointment pack
After clinical approval, prepare only the supporting documents you need. Review and approve each before export. Nothing is automatically sent to patients or referrers.
If you change the clinical record, approve the updated version and follow the pack’s update controls. Existing letters do not silently change. Review AI replacements or use the available manual correction controls.
Saving, access and billing
Wait for saving to be confirmed before leaving. If a save fails, keep the tab open and retry; do not assume refreshing will preserve unsaved text or audio. Clinic administrators manage staff and paid plans. Ask your administrator about workspace access or an expired clinic trial.
System Requirements · Contact support
For support, describe the step, time, browser and error code. Do not send patient details, screenshots containing records, passwords or secret keys.
Learning and research
Learning & Resources contains educational material. Ask the Evidence is a separate research tool, not patient-specific diagnosis or prescribing. My learning & CPD is your private portfolio, separate from patient records; regulator mappings do not mean accreditation.
